Method / step:

1. Grassroots processing

(1) Before the waterproof layer is laid, other projects are completed, and then the base layer is cleaned.

(2) The base course must be flat, strong, free from looseness, sand, bulging, bumps and cracks. If the above phenomenon occurs, it must be repaired with 107 mortar cement.

(3) The base layer should be relatively dry and the moisture content should not be less than 8%.

(4) The daughter wall, yin and yang corners, through-wall pipes, expansion joints and drainage slopes shall meet the design requirements.

2. sbs waterproof membrane paving;

a. Apply a layer of petroleum series base treatment agent (cold base oil) evenly on the base layer.

b. After the base treatment agent is dried, the adhesive (chloroprene adhesive or SBS adhesive) can be applied, and it should be applied evenly at a time.

c. After the modified coil is placed in the predetermined position, it is started to lay. The 10cm overlap seam should be left in the vertical and horizontal directions, glued with an adhesive, dried for several minutes and compacted with a pressure roller.
