Product overview

The product is a new-type waterproof material which has just emerged in developed countries in recent years, such as Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, etc. It is a bi-component water-based building waterproof coating which is mainly made from building polymer emulsion and special cement and other additives. So, it is of the waterproof characteristic featuring combination of flexibility and hardness. 

Product features

The product is characterized by environmental protection, good water-based performance, convenient construction and a wide scope of application. It is very advantageous when it is applied to construction of complex structures. 

After curing, a complete elastic waterproof layer without seam will be formed, which will improve the waterproof and the leakage resistance ability of the construction engineering. The rolls cannot reach this effect. 

The coating is of high strength and extensibility. It can adapt itself well to base crack or stretch. 

Convenient repair; repair the damaged part only can also ensure the original waterproof effect. 

The product is of bright colors, so it is applicable to beautification in decoration. It does not have high requirements for water content of base, so it can be applied to construction when the base is damp. 

Precautions

The coating (especially for basing) should be kept uniform mixing for any precipitation.

The coating layers should be even as possible and should be free from local sedimentation. In addition, brushing in the mode of rolling should be carried out for several times until there is no bubble between the coating and the base and they are adhered firmly. 

For construction of each coating layer, materials should be applied in accordance with the requirement for quantity. It should not be too thick or thin. If the waterproof layer is not thick enough, one or several layers can be added, but there should be no more than three layers in total. The interval between the layers is using a standard of the dryness and in-adhesion of last film(typically takes 3-6 hours, low site temperature, big humidity, poor ventilation, it takes a longer time to dryness; conversely short).

The construction shall not be carried out in rainy day or when the temperature is under 0℃. Besides, construction shall not be carried out in a damp and unventilated environment, otherwise, forming of coating will be affected.
